2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment if the service or product was not delivered as agreed or as described, subject to the conditions in this policy.

2.2 Service-Based Work:
Where services have already been performed, refunds may not apply, and the outcome will depend on the stage of work completed and any costs already incurred.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions:
Refunds are generally not available for:
– Customised or personalised items unless defective or not supplied as agreed
– Services already completed
– Services where work has started, including call-outs, diagnostics, labour already performed, or materials already purchased for the job, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing

2.4 External Factors:
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by factors outside of our control, including customer unavailability, access restrictions, or conditions on site that prevent work from proceeding.

2.5 How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, the customer must contact us in writing via email and include:

– Invoice number or reference (where available)
– Reason for the refund request
– Any supporting information relevant to the request

2.6 Assessment:
We may request additional information and will assess the request based on service records, communications, and any applicable consumer protection requirements.

2.7 Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking systems. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
